Main compatible phone families
Recent iPhones, many Galaxy S and Z models, modern Pixels and selected Xiaomi phones support eSIM. Budget devices and regional variants may not.
A generic product listing is not proof. Match the full hardware model to the manufacturer’s documentation.
Why identical-looking phones differ
A phone imported into Morocco may be locked to an overseas carrier or built for a market where eSIM is disabled.
Moroccan operator lists can be shorter than manufacturer lists because not every global variant has been tested locally.
Use the EID test
- Dial *#06# and look for EID.
- Look for Add eSIM in the SIM settings.
- Record the full model number.
- Confirm that the phone is carrier-unlocked.
Confirm support with the provider
- Check the manufacturer’s official model information.
- Then check the chosen operator’s conditions.
- Ask for written confirmation if your exact variant is unclear.
